Dine-in Service Protocol

After reviewing the newly released state guidelines allowing in-person dining, we are preparing Café Luna by setting up restaurant guidelines and procedures to be followed by our employees, as well as educating our guests on changes being made to our industry. We are planning to re-open on Tuesday May 26th at 12:00pm.

Please be aware that there are several mandates and requirements the restaurant industry must meet prior to opening our doors. We need you to be aware that your dining experience will be different! 

OUR FOCUS

We will continue with a Farm-to-Table focus, using organic produce, fresh seafood and protein supplied by local farmers markets as much as possible based on availability. We will provide you with the healthiest options and creative cuisine, prepared fresh each day. We promise to provide a safe and sanitary environment for our guests & our staff.

OUR RESTAURANT

We will be required to dramatically reduce our capacity & social distance all of the tables. Due to this requirement we will need to limit each table to 90 minutes in order to financially keep our doors open. Cocktails will only be available with the purchase of a meal. Reservations will be required to insure we can stay within the permitted capacity restrictions. Large parties will be permitted as long as all members of the party are seated at the same time. 

When you arrive for your reservation, if for some reason your table is not ready you will be asked to wait in your car, we will take down your cell and text you when it's ready. We are not permitted to have too many guests waiting outside the restaurant due to limited space and social distancing requirements. 

OUR MENU

Our menu selection will need to be modified and limited, we will not be able to offer our whole menu until we are permitted to have a much larger capacity so that we do not end up with any waste while still providing you with the freshest ingredients possible. We apologize for this limitation, and we encourage you to reach out to us via email at [email protected], let us know your favorites so that we can do our best to provide them when we make our selections each week. 

Our dine-in menu will be sanitized after each use. We will be encouraging you to view our menu on-line (with full color photos and descriptions). Salt & pepper will be brought to you sanitized by request.

OUR WINE

Our boutique retail wine will still be well stocked and available by the glass or the bottle along with a meal order. We would love you to leave a review of wines you've tried an if it's a winner share it with friends. 

DELIVERY & TO-GO ORDERS

We still plan to offer to-go services for those of you who are at risk or are still uncomfortable about dining out at this time. We will not be providing delivery once we re-open. Please check out our full wine list under Retail Wines in our menu section. 

OUR STAFF

Our staff will be permitted to work only if they have no health issues, temperatures of our staff will be taken prior to each shift and logged. Any staff members that indicates they are feeling ill will be sent home immediately. Masks will be worn by all staff when within 6 feet of others. Otherwise you will receive the same excellent service you have come to expect.

OUR GUESTS

We will be requiring all guests to wear a mask when you enter our restaurant as well as any time you are not seated at your table (this includes getting up to use the restroom). 

Please choose the to-go option if you or anyone in your party is ill with symptoms that include: frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, or if they or someone they live with have been diagnosed with COVID-19
